Safety inspection is an important activity to ensure site or office is free from hazards and should be conducted frequently or atleast once in a month.
Monthly safety checklist may help to identify all common hazards at the site/office which otherwise might miss.
This monthly safety checklist include parameters to be checked, compliance rating, recommended action and date. It also include Fire protection, housing keeping, power tools, PPE, hazardous substances, flammable liquid and gases, welding and cutting, manual handling and offices.
You may need to modify the monthly safety checklist template for your organization or industry.
