In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Sindh Environmental Protection Act , 2014 read with clause (k) of sub-section (1) of section 6 thereof, the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency with the approval of the Government of Sindh published Sindh Environmental Quality Standards (Certification of Environmental Laboratories) Regulations, 2014.
- Regulation 3 – List out the functions of an Environmental Laboratory to be performed.
- Regulation 4 – Application should be filled in the form available in Schedule-I of the regulations and submitted to the agency for approval and certification.
- Regulation 5 – List out the minimum criteria for certification.
