What is an HSE Plan

A Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plan is a systematic procedure to describe how to carry out the project activities in a safer manner by protecting health, safety and environment. It should include scope of work, HSE Policy, HSE Objectives and goals, roles and responsibilities, JSA, risk assessments and method statements, implementation and monitoring, auditing and management review.
HSE plan is commonly prepared on project basis to set HSE objectives and goals, outline procedures or methods for implementing safety protocols, and monitor progress.
