Every workplace will point to different causes of slips, trips and falls depending on the activities carried out.

The following is a list of common causes of slips, trips, and falls.
- Poor Housekeeping
- Cables or wires on walkways
- Uneven or damaged surfaces
- Inadequate lighting
- Wet or oily floors

In my opinion Slips, trips, and falls at the workplace are mainly caused by poor housekeeping, such as scattered tools and materials. Uneven or slippery surfaces due to spills or mud also increase the risk. In addition, inadequate lighting and obstructed walkways make it difficult for workers to identify hazards. Lack of proper safety awareness and unsuitable footwear further contribute to these incidents.
