Institute of Occupational safety and health (IOSH) UK launched online verification of all their certificates. Now you can verify your IOSH certificate online, or If you are a recruiter and someone has applied for a vacancy holding IOSH certificate, just follow the below method to verify the certificate.

How to verify IOSH certificate online
- Open IOSH validate training certificate link
- Enter Certificate Number (you can find it on bottom right corner), First Name, Surname and Course Name as per certificate
- Click submit
You will get the message “Certificate Found” as shown below.

If your certificate is fake or maybe your information is not correct on the certificate, you will get the message “Certificate Not Found”.

I think it is a very good initiative taken by IOSH and NEBOSH UK should also come up with the same approach so the recruiters can easily verify their potential candidates and select the right talent.

IOSH has also updated its verification process similar to NEBOSH.

Now, IOSH has categorized verification into following 3 types.
- Membership certificate – Check membership grades
- Training certificate – courses such as Managing Safely
- Qualification certificate – such as IOSH Diploma
You may verify above certificates by providing required information e.g. member number or certificate number, first name, last name and in some cases date of birth.
